High School Diploma with a minimum of at least 5 CSEC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English Language with 1 year working experience OR
OR An Associate’s Degree in the business field such as office istration, business istration, business management, etc.
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer queries from clients.
Maintain and update the company database.
Update office policies as needed.
Responsible for the management and procurement of office stationery and supplies.
Monitor security.
Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
Schedule in-house and external events.
Handles all walk-in and phone interactions with visitors, maintain company calendars and travel arrangements and providing all secretarial services.
Provides assistance in handling the company’s business with government agencies and utility companies such as GPL, GT&T and GWI.
Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
