At least five (5) CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English
Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent studies,
2-3 years in inventory control/istration field would be an asset
Good interpersonal & communications skills (written and verbal)
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Project)
· Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory control system and file all Invoices daily.
· Review re-ordering level for all products in collaboration with the Operations Manager & prepare orders & liaise/follow-up with suppliers
· Prepare weekly/bi-weekly stock order for SKF, NAPA Battery, International Parts and Lincoln under supervision of Operations Manager
· Conduct stock counts once per quarter in collaboration with the finance department & rectify/report any discrepancies
· Laise with customs brokers for timely clearance of shipments
· Prepare credit and Cash sales, and shipping list pending reports daily.
· Update sales on orders/ shipment received/ delays etc.
· Prepare and follow-up on supplier claims
· Manage TSP in collaboration with the Operations Manager, closing Alters in a timely manner with Sales, Service or Warehouse

MACORP was established by being awarded by CATERPILLAR as the only Authorized Caterpillar Dealer in Guyana. The bid of MACORP was selected from several other Companies’ bids.
